This ginger just glows! I was taking a few shots just at that time in the evening before the sun drops and every shot I took has this glow, my friend calls it "magic time".This color really reminded me of the jackets the Pink ladies in Grease wore...but even more intense, almost a neon. I used to wear a lipstick this color back in the bad old days...ahh, good times!

I find it hard to think the colours weren't tampered with.
But it doesn't matter because either way, the match between colour and criss-cross composition is just FANTASTIC!
It was magic time...the light was great...all I did was zoom in from across the yard. Then on the computer I took a little of the glare off with the brightness meeter and then bumped the saturation point to compensate for that.
I do have photoshop but I don't have the skills to do very much with it, just lighten the shadows and tone down the brightness kind of things...I really don't beieve in changing photos to much & I find that with a little care you usually don't need to (especially in Hilo where things are so lush and gorgeous!)so... yep, thats the way it looked that evening...lucky me to be there for the shot.
